Our people are what makes our business successful and we are seeking new talent! We have vacancies for experienced, reliable and enthusiastic Bakery Operatives to work in our industrial bakery on a full-time, permanent basis.

Flexibility is key as initially you will join our existing teams working a 40 hour week; 07:00-17:15 Monday to Thursday.  We are excited that we have some new equipment being introduced and from May your working hours would change to a weekly rotating shift pattern of 05:45-14:00 and 13:45-22:00 (Monday-Friday). During our peak production periods overtime may be available.

Our Bakery team work together meeting daily production targets and ensuring that we meet our high quality standards in accordance with Company procedures.

The Bakery Operative role is fast paced and does involve manual handling and is a standing job.  Excellent communication, both written and verbal are required.

Ideally we are looking for people with bakery experience, however we will also consider applications from people that have a passion for food and the aptitude for the role as training will be given.
