Farmhouse Biscuits was proud to become a Gold Patron for Pendleside Hospice this year.
Prior to Covid we took part in their Corporate Challenge in 2018 and 2019 and raised over £10,000 for them. Our employees have chosen the hospice as their preferred charity and donate to them on a monthly basis.
NHS Ginger Biscuits
Last year we took the decision to support the East Lancashire hospital Trust by donating 10p of every pack sold to the charity. Our biscuits can still be bought and to date we have raised more than £13,000 for the charity.
Environmental
In 2019 we decided to eliminate PE coated board from our core range. We moved to a recyclable board as an alternative. This board is FSC Carbon Balanced Paper which supports the World Land Trust.
