Cancellations and Returns

If you wish to cancel your order, we will make every effort to stop it from being despatched. However, this may not always be possible. Once your order has been despatched, we are unable to cancel it.

Most orders placed with Farmhouse Biscuits Ltd are covered by our 7-day satisfaction guarantee. You can return an item by notifying us within 7 days of its delivery. If the item is not faulty, it must be returned unused, unopened, and in its original undamaged packaging. The customer is responsible for any associated postage and packaging costs.

Items exempt from return are:

  • Perishable goods with a short expiry date
  • Items where the seal has been broken

Please contact our customer service team to cancel an order or to arrange a return.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that your delivery packaging arrives damaged, please report the issue to our sales team within 7 days of receiving the package. We will do our best to resolve the problem. Farmhouse Biscuits Ltd accepts responsibility for any costs associated with returning faulty items.

Please note: We cannot be held responsible for or provide refunds/exchanges for circumstances beyond our control, including breakages of biscuits during transit. While we cannot guarantee the biscuit’s integrity during shipping, we do guarantee its quality and taste.
